The Assembly Design Pte Ltd (“TAD”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you send an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp or work with us, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, property type and address, renovation budget and timeline, photos and floor plans you share, and anything else you choose to tell us.
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and site visits, prepare designs and quotations, carry out and manage your renovation, apply for any renovation permits needed for your property, issue invoices, and follow up on after-sales service. With your consent, we may also send you updates about our work.
We only share your personal data where needed to deliver your project, for example with our contractors and suppliers, building management or relevant authorities for permits, and service providers who host our website and forms. We do not sell your personal data.
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue with your enquiry or project.
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, for example for accounting and warranty records. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Some of our service providers may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data receives a comparable standard of protection.
